Account Deletion – iSmartBonus

If you want to delete your iSmartBonus account and all associated data, you can do so through your account settings.

Steps:

  1. Log in to your iSmartBonus account.

  2. Open the “Account” section.

  3. Go to the “Erase of your data” section.

  4. Enter your password.

  5. Click the “Request data erase” button.

After your request is processed, your account and all associated personal data will be deleted.

Data that will be deleted:
• Account information
• Email address and phone number
• Purchase history
• Bonus balance and wallet data

Some transaction records may be temporarily retained to comply with legal and financial requirements.
